New Phone System

We understand that our patients have been struggling to get through to speak to us on our current system. From the 6th May we will have a new telephone system which is capable of holding unlimited calls. This may not improve your waiting time, but will improve the way you contact us, allowing you to be placed in a queue and informed of your queue position.
