Bryngwyn Surgery is centrally located in Newport, just a short distance from the Civic Centre, railway station, bus station, city centre, and both the Royal Gwent and St Woolos Hospitals. We primarily serve patients living within a 3-mile radius of the practice.
Parking is limited. There is one dedicated disabled space at the front of the building, and a small rear car park for patients attending appointments. The rear car park is not suitable for large vehicles, and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk — the surgery accepts no responsibility for any damage.
A large public Pay & Display car park is available at the Civic Centre, just a short walk from the surgery.
We are committed to making the surgery accessible for all patients. Facilities include:
A dedicated disabled parking space at the front
Step-free wheelchair access
An accessible toilet
A portable induction hearing loop available at reception and in consultations
If you need help accessing the building, please ring the bell at the main entrance and a member of staff will assist you.
Our phone lines are open:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:30pm
The surgery doors open at 8:30am.
We operate an appointment-based system. Routine appointments can be booked up to six weeks in advance.
If you need an urgent appointment, please call us and we will do our best to see you the same day.
