All calls to and from the surgery are recorded.

In a digital age when patients increasingly wish to record their consultations on their smart device, we insist that you inform the nurse, doctor or any member of the team that you intend to do so. Covert recording is a major breach of trust which may result in the patient being removed from the practice list.
