An Advanced Paramedic Practitioner (APP) in primary care provides expert assessment and treatment for patients with urgent or same-day health needs. They work alongside GPs to diagnose and manage a range of conditions, prescribe medication where appropriate, and support both in-practice and home-based care. APPs bring advanced clinical skills and emergency care experience to the team, helping to ensure timely, high-quality care for patients.
