Winter Wise

The Health Board has launched the ‘Be Winter Wise! Campaign, which is designed to help people make sure they have the information to help themselves get through the winter safely and comfortably.  It is never too early to prepare for winter and a little preparation can make a huge difference.

Be Winter Wise encourages you to:

• Beat flu before it beats you
• Keep Warm, Keep Well, Keep Safe
• Make sure you choose well so that you get the right care at the right time
